DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport

The hotel is a tad out of the way. This allows the hotel to do what it does best- get as much money out of you as possible. Each part of the hotel is a different WiFi or (surprise) you can pay $14.99 a day for unlimited internet access. Buffet is $27.00 but a 3 egg omelette is $22.00. You add in the California taxes and it’s an expensive place to eat. The staff is great but Corporate Hilton just continues to find ways to get you for more money. They have their hands so deep in your pockets, you forget you’re wearing pants. The paid parking system results in backed up cars trying to leave the hotel. You can only imagine how frustrating that is when you CAN’T physically leave a hotel. Hilton charges your car to stay because Hilton needs the money.

The room was are little outdated - drape was torn, clock outlet wasn't working right but didn't need it. The service was fantastic and the lobby area clean. Love the location and shuttle service to the airport. I wasn't too happy with the breakfast buffet - food was cold.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a conference, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was helpful, kind, and attentive, consistently going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Erin at the front desk, who greeted us with warmth and professionalism, and to Jesus at the restaurant, whose friendly service made every meal even better. Their dedication truly stood out! I only wish every hotel had such an incredible team. The outstanding staff made all the difference, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Great views towards the bay! Watch the planes from SFO. Excellent services. The rooms are hit and miss. Some can be smelly like foot odor. Or bathroom faucets are off. Or Shower door goes off the rails. Has a Bar and lounges. Bar and food closes early like 11:pm ish. Snacks available and fresh chocolate chip cookies. Housekeepers we tip! They are awesome! Free parking. Annoying to go in and out. Gated. Close to Tesla charging stations across the street. Walk along the bay. Really nice. Close to Embassy Marriott and can enjoy the bar there too. Closed early, too. Everything is within walking distance to a park. Top Golf. Rent E bikes. Restaurants near by and across freeway Burlingame has restaurants. Gigis and Gabriel’s Mexican restaurant. Easy access to SFO and Hwy. Gas stations. Millbrae and Burlingame BART. Jacks Restaurant serves breakfast until 2:pm! Best Bartenders. Not much parking. I gave it a 4 because the Ice Machines sometimes don’t work! And you have to go 2 levels and sometimes they are out of ice! lol And smelly foot order.

Great staff. Extremely helpful. Would be a 5 star if they had proper shuttle service. In the past month, I’ve waited over an hour for shuttle service from airport to hotel. Leaving the hotel is on time, so I have no idea where the driver goes after drop off. I won’t be coming back until they fix shuttle service.

It’s very convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which made getting there and back really easy. The hotel also has a restaurant and a gym on-site, which is nice if you want to grab a meal or squeeze in a workout during your stay. The rooms and bathrooms felt a little outdated, but overall the stay was still comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which definitely made the experience better.

This hotel is busy! The front desk is always assisting ppl checking in on Christmas night. The fridge in my room has left over food from days ago and stinks the whole room when I open it; front desk solved my issue so quick! Had a room change and complimentary parking. The lady at the front desk has really good service, easy tone makes me feel better after having headache from stink room, forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 5 star rating!

Flew into SFO late and stayed one night. Hotel shuttle from the airport was convenient as we went straight to the hotel and didn't get a rental car until the next day. Our hotel room had a view of the bay. All the staff was nice and helpful. The cookies were good and warm. Only negative we had in the short stay was the air conditioner made so weird noises.
